Easy Returns

If you need to return your goods, we have a 14 Day no-quibble returns policy on unopened & unused items.
Simply call our customer service team on 01157 734 188 within 14 days of receipt of goods to inform us that you wish to return the goods. 

Specific items are excluded from our returns policy; this includes carpets, as they are a special order and cut to size or woven to order specifically for you by the manufacturer before they arrive at our warehouse.

We do not accept the return of part orders. If a carpet is ordered in error, either due to quality, colour or size, or you accidently order too much underlay, we cannot be held liable. It is your responsibility to ensure all of your requirements are correct before ordering.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel for a full refund.
Simply call us on 01157 734 188 to inform us that you wish to cancel your order.
This does NOT apply to carpets that have already been cut to size or made to order before you inform us of your wish to cancel.
If we have already dispatched the goods, unfortunately we can't issue a refund until the goods are returned back to us in a resalable condition, unopened & unused.

Returns Procedure After Dispatch

If you wish to return your goods, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and inform us you will be returning them.
We will then advise you of the correct return address and provide you with a returns number and details of a recommended delivery service you can use to return your order.
Once your items have been received back at our warehouse, they will be inspected for damage and should there be no issues, your refund will be processed.
Please don't just return your goods without informing us first, as they may be refused by our warehouse.

Returns Condition

To be eligible for a refund, your goods must be returned to our warehouse in a resalable condition, unopened & unused, in the original packaging. Please ensure you return goods via recorded delivery, registered post or by courier, to ensure proof of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your order. Your refund will exclude the original delivery charges (if applicable), except where you have received damaged or missing items.

Refunds

After your goods are received at our warehouse and inspected for damage, we will notify you by email or phone that we have received your returned order. At that time you will be informed whether your refund has been accepted or rejected, depending on the condition of the returned goods. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10-14 Working days. A credit will then be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It can take up to 10-14 working days to see the credit applied, depending on the card provider, and this is outside of our control.
