Renu Violet is a 9mm sustainable underlay that provides superior performance with a high tog rating to keep heat in and a good dB rating to keep the noise down.
Made from 98% recycled materials and is 100% recyclable at the end of its life! renu® is one of the most ethically sourced and recyclable family of carpet underlays on the market. All materials that go into making renu® have been considered down to the recycled paper backing and the carbon negative bio-based film used to complete the underlay and also in the packaging.
What makes renu® sustainable?
1. Bio-based FilmMade from sustainably sourced, carbon negative, sugar cane.
2. 100% Recycled Filling
To make the bouncy bit in the middle, the foam is steam cleaned, then bound together, the foam reclaimed from recycled soft furnishings.
3. 100% Recycled Paper Backing
The backing is unbleached, printed with water-based inks, and made from 100% recycled paper. Preventing damage to forests and the environment.
